Background
The UIC Office of Technology Management (OTM) approached Bizful Solutions based on a referral from a previous client. They faced a significant challenge: effectively communicating their processes, the people they help, and their contributions to the University. They decided that creating a video would be the best way to address this issue.

Initial Consultation and Planning
- Client Meeting: Bizful Solutions met with the OTM team to understand their needs and objectives.
- Strategy Development: Together, we decided to feature interviews with six inventors and business owners who had significantly benefited from OTM’s services.

- Scheduling: Coordinated with all participants to find suitable times for the interviews.
- Talking Points: Developed a list of key questions and topics to ensure each interview highlighted the unique contributions of the OTM.
- Location Scouting: Selected various locations within the University that would best showcase the OTM team in action.

- Interview Sessions: Conducted six interviews, capturing personal stories and testimonials from inventors and business owners.
- Action Shots: Filmed scenes of the OTM team working, collaborating with inventors, and engaging in their daily activities.

- Editing Process: The editing process involved close collaboration between three Bizful team members and three OTM team members. We implemented a streamlined workflow to ensure efficient communication and feedback.
- Final Touches: Added graphics, music, and other elements to enhance the video’s storytelling.
